class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All licences for refreshment stalls fall within the Mayor\u2019s remit; they must be applied for and may be granted subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To associations, for temporary Category 2 outlets (wine, beer, cider) for the duration of the public events they organise, subject to a limit of five authorisations per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For individuals who are not members of an association, authorisation may only be obtained in connection with a fair, a sale or a public festival, which is defined as a national or local event with a long and unbroken tradition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For sports organisations accredited by the \u2018Jeunesse et Sport\u2019 scheme, authorisations for temporary exemptions, lasting no longer than forty-eight hours, may be granted for events taking place at sports venues, covering drinks in the second group (wine, beer, cider) and Group 3 (sweet wine, aperitifs with an alcohol content not exceeding 18\u00b0), subject to a limit of ten authorisations per year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The form and supporting documents must be returned by post or
