The establishment is governed by law no. 2002-2 of 2 January 2002 reforming social and medico-social action and article L312-1 al.6 of the social action and family code. It was authorised by decree on 04\/01\/2017, and signed its first tripartite agreement in 2010. The establishment is authorised to receive people in receipt of social assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The establishment strives to preserve the continuity of your lifestyle as far as possible and to develop its founding values:<br>- <strong>The dignity of the individual<\/strong> - To exist as a human being and to be considered as an individual in his or her own right;<br>- <strong>Respect<\/strong> - Recognising and respecting each other, residents, families and carers;<br>- <strong>Citizenship<\/strong> - Safeguarding fundamental human rights: fairness, solidarity and fraternity ;<br>- <strong>Responsibility<\/strong> - Preserving the right to choose, allowing prerogatives to be maintained while assuming one's duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our missions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>- <strong>Taking care<\/strong>To guarantee the person's physical well-being, to be attentive and to ensure their protection and safety;<br>- <strong>Maintaining physical and intellectual capacity<\/strong>The aim is to preserve independence for as long as possible and make up for dependency;<br>- <strong>Support and information<\/strong>adapting personalised support to the needs of the<br>person ;<br>- <strong>Welcome<\/strong>A friendly and respectful welcome for everyone;<br>- <strong>Living<\/strong>The aim is to create a pleasant place to live, in which your tastes, wishes and desires are respected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Services vary considerably from one establishment to another.
