In accordance with the Environment Code, the public is hereby informed that planning application PC03433616Z0008 M3, submitted by SA DECATHLON on 26 March 2021 and supplemented on 19 May 2021, is subject to an electronic public participation procedure from 9 August to 10 September 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The above application for planning permission was subject to an impact assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The consultation file will include :
- the application for an amending planning permission,
- the opinions issued on this request,
- the impact study,
- the opinion of the environmental authority,
- the petitioner's response to this opinion,
- the mayor's order setting out the information and conditions under which it will be made available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the procedure, the planning application file may be consulted:
- on the Villeneuve-l\u00e8s-B\u00e9ziers Town Hall website: www.villeneuve-les-beziers.fr<\/a> ,
- in paper format at the Town Planning Department of Villeneuve-l\u00e8s-B\u00e9ziers Town Hall, from 9 August to 10 September 2021 (by appointment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interested parties can submit their comments or proposals via the Electronic form<\/a> <\/strong>until 10 September 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of this public participation procedure and the period for examining the application for planning permission, the mayor of Villeneuve-l\u00e8s-B\u00e9ziers will decide on the said application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF THE DOSSIER FOR THE CREATION OF THE \"LA CLAUDERY\" ZAC.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with the provisions of article L123-19 of the French Environment Code, an electronic public consultation is being organised on the project to create the \"La Claudery\" Concerted Development Zone (ZAC). This project, which is subject to an environmental assessment, concerns the extension of the \"La Claudery\" business park in the municipality of Villeneuve-l\u00e8s-B\u00e9ziers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public participation by electronic means will take place over a period of 31 consecutive days: from Monday 25 November at 8:00 a.m. to Thursday 26 December 2024 inclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These documents will be available for consultation for at least three months on the Town Hall's website and on the website dedicated to the participation procedure at the following address: https:\/\/www.democratie-active.fr\/zac-claudery-ppve\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
