{"id":958,"date":"2019-04-15T15:46:29","date_gmt":"2019-04-15T13:46:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/?page_id=958"},"modified":"2024-11-25T17:37:46","modified_gmt":"2024-11-25T16:37:46","slug":"electoral-lists","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.villeneuve-les-beziers.fr\/en\/demarches\/listes-electorales\/","title":{"rendered":"Electoral roll registrations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Applications are received all year round at the Mairie H\u00f4tel de Ville, 1 rue de la Marianne, 34420 Villeneuve-L\u00e8s-B\u00e9ziers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>French nationality or nationality of a member state of the European Community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be aged 18 (or turn 18 before 1 March of the following year)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must not have been stripped of your civic and political rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documents to be provided<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voters of French nationality must present the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A valid National Identity Card or Passport, or a passport whose validity has expired in the year preceding the submission of the application for registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>National Identity Card or Passport expired more than one year ago, accompanied by a certificate of nationality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All other identity documents bearing a photograph in accordance with article 1 of the decree of 19\/12\/2007, accompanied by a certificate of nationality or naturalisation decree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of address (electricity or water bill, etc.) less than 3 months old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">European Union nationals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>European Union nationals must produce :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A valid national identity card or passport, or a passport whose validity has expired in the year preceding the submission of the application, issued by the competent authorities of the State of which the holder is a national.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid residence permit or one that has expired in the year preceding the application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of address (EDF or water bill....) less than 3 months old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Postal registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following documents are required:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Electoral roll registration form (available on the \"service-public.fr\" website)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocopy of both sides of CURRENT ID document<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of domicile or residence in the municipality less than 3 months old or proof of registration in the local tax roll for more than 5 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change of address in the municipality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Changes of address in the commune are received throughout the year at the H\u00f4tel de Ville, 1 rue de la Marianne, 34420 Villeneuve-L\u00e8s-B\u00e9ziers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Documents to be provided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proof of less than 3 months' residence in the town (rent, water, gas or electricity bill)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An identity document (valid identity card or passport or residence permit for EU nationals)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consultation of electoral rolls<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The lists can be consulted at the Town Hall by any elector who :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>present their electoral card in a commune on French territory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>undertakes not to use it for commercial purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A copy may be issued on payment of the current tariff.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les demandes d&rsquo;inscription sont re\u00e7ues toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e en Mairie H\u00f4tel de Ville, 1 rue de la Marianne, 34420 Villeneuve-L\u00e8s-B\u00e9ziers.
