{"id":16215,"date":"2022-07-25T15:55:09","date_gmt":"2022-07-25T13:55:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.villeneuve-les-beziers.fr\/?p=16215"},"modified":"2022-07-25T16:00:08","modified_gmt":"2022-07-25T14:00:08","slug":"recognition-of-natural-disaster-status","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.villeneuve-les-beziers.fr\/en\/a-la-une\/reconnaissance-de-letat-de-catastrophe-naturelle%ef%bf%bc\/","title":{"rendered":"Recognition of the state of natural disaster\ufffc"},"content":{"rendered":"<header>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: #444444;\">The decree of 8 July 2022, recognising the state of natural disaster, was published in the Journal Officiel of 22 July 2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"ce-textpic ce-center ce-above\">\n<div class=\"ce-bodytext\">\n<p>The municipality of Villeneuve-l\u00e8s-B\u00e9ziers has been recognised as suffering from a natural disaster caused by flooding and mudslides for the period from 11 March 2022 to 13 March 2022.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, the publication of this decree opens\u00a0<strong>10 working days<\/strong>\u00a0during which you must submit your claim to your insurance company.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>The declaration must be sent to your insurer by registered letter.<\/strong>preferably with acknowledgement of receipt.
