{"id":16247,"date":"2022-08-16T09:21:47","date_gmt":"2022-08-16T07:21:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.villeneuve-les-beziers.fr\/?p=16247"},"modified":"2022-08-16T09:21:57","modified_gmt":"2022-08-16T07:21:57","slug":"recognition-of-natural-disaster-status-floods-of-25-and-26-june-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.villeneuve-les-beziers.fr\/en\/a-la-une\/reconnaissance-de-letat-de-catastrophe-naturelle-inondations-du-25-et-26-juin-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Recognition of the state of natural disaster - Floods of 25 and 26 June 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<header>\n<p>The decree of 25 July 2022, recognising the state of natural disaster, was published in the Journal Officiel of 11 August 2022.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"ce-textpic ce-center ce-above\">\n<div class=\"ce-bodytext\">\n<p>The municipality of Villeneuve-l\u00e8s-B\u00e9ziers has been recognised as suffering from a natural disaster caused by flooding and mudslides for the period from 25 June to 26 June 2022.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, the publication of this decree opens\u00a0<strong>10 working days<\/strong>\u00a0during which you must submit your claim to your insurance company.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>The declaration must be sent to your insurer by registered letter.<\/strong>preferably with acknowledgement of receipt.
