\"verklaring voorafgaand aan de bouw\" (DPC) worden aangevraagd in alle sectoren en moet de architect van B\u00e2timents de France toestemming geven in het stadscentrum (500 m omtrek rond de kerk).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als het gebouw zich binnen de beschermingszone van een beschermd historisch monument (kerk) bevindt, mag de Architecte des B\u00e2timents de France de installatie van fotovolta\u00efsche panelen op het dak van het gebouw niet toestaan, vooral als hun oppervlakte te groot is in verhouding tot de oppervlakte van het dak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Waar mogelijk mogen panelen ge\u00efnstalleerd worden op het dak van een bijgebouw met \u00e9\u00e9n verdieping, niet zichtbaar vanaf de openbare ruimte, en niet op het hoofddak van het gebouw.<br>Ze kunnen eventueel ook bestudeerd worden op een pergola die een terras overdekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anders kan het project worden aanvaard als het aan het volgende voldoet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ze worden boven op het dak ge\u00efnstalleerd, bij voorkeur in \u00e9\u00e9n strook (met een eenvoudige rechthoekige geometrie) net boven de dakrand op het laagste deel van de helling. In geen geval dicht bij de nok. De langste zijde van elk paneel moet in de richting van de dakhelling worden gelegd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De panelen zullen bruin of terracotta van kleur zijn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De afwerking is mat.
