For the 3rd year running, thehe town council and the local veterans' section of the FOPAC will be paying tribute to those who, in the shadows or in broad daylight, chose to resist the Nazi occupiers and the collaborationist Vichy regime.
By laying a wreath at the foot of the tricolour cockerel "To Create is to Resist", this ceremony will be an opportunity to recall the founding values of the Conseil National de la Rรฉsistance: courage, justice, solidarity, tolerance and respect for others.
A moment of remembrance, but also of reflection on the relevance of these values today.
The commemoration will close with a friendly drink in the room of the Maison de la Mรฉmoire du Combattant.
