It's almost back to school!

Dear parents,

You will find below some information to help you with all the formalities concerning the extracurricular services: school meals, morning and evening childcare, school studies and school buses, so that you can start the new school year with peace of mind.

We would remind you that booking via the Espace Famille is compulsory for all activities.

New families are invited to contact the Children and Youth Centre at 04 67 39 39 59.

School meals :

- Meals must be booked at least 7 days before the desired date.

- Cancellations must also be made within the same time limit.

Morning/evening care and study :

- Reservations or cancellations can be made up to 48 hours in advance.

- Children using school transport must also be registered for morning and/or evening care in the following cases:

If your child takes bus 1 in the morning, registration for the bus + morning reception is compulsory.

If your child takes bus 2 in the evening, registration for the bus + evening reception is compulsory.

This is to ensure their supervision.

School bus :

- Requests for school transport passes must be made directly to Hérault Transport (0 434 888 999 or contact form on the Hérault Transports website).

However, it does not condition access to the service until bookings have been made via the Family Space.

- Please complete the administrative document relating to school transport (available in your family space, under Documents to download) and return it to us, together with a copy of your child's transport card, at the following address alsh@villeneuve-les-beziers.fr

- Then make a RESERVATION via your family space, depending on the bus stop you want. You will find the school bus timetable there.

Places are limited, so please only book if you really need to.

REMINDER: If your child takes bus 1 in the morning or bus 2 in the evening, registration for after-school care is compulsory.

PLEASE NOTE:

Bookings are made from period to period. Each period corresponds to the interval between two school holidays.

In your personal area, you will find the calendar showing the dates when bookings for activities are open.
