You can collect it from reception at the Town Hall if you need to.
Once you have completed the application form and provided your supporting documents (originals and photocopies), you must complete your registration in person with the reception service, which will give you an appointment at the times below:
- Monday 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm
- Tuesday from 9.00am to 11.30am
- Wednesday from 9.00 to 11.30 am and from 2.00 to 4.30 pm
- Thursday, 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm
- Friday from 9.00am to 11.30am
