From 9 April to 19 June 2026, a preliminary consultation will be held across the whole of phase 2 of the project, between Béziers and Perpignan, under the aegis of the Commission Nationale du Débat Public (CNDP).
This consultation covers the opportunity, objectives and characteristics of the project (passenger line or mixed passenger/freight line, regional services and new stations), and on environmental and agricultural issues.
