Yellow vigilance

⚠️ The Hérault department will remain under yellow thunderstorm watch (east of the department) and yellow heatwave watch from 12 noon on Monday 23 June.

☀️ The persistent hot spell is set to last until Wednesday.

🌡️ Maximum temperatures will be between 30 and 33 degrees on the coast and between 35 and 37 degrees inland.

🌙 At night minimum temperatures will be between 23 and 25 degrees.

Temperatures are expected to rise again on Tuesday 24 June 2025, with temperatures of 34 to 35 degrees along the coast and 37 to 39 degrees inland.

🔁 Good reflexes in case of hot weather :

  • Pay particular attention to vulnerable and/or isolated people
  • Drink water regularly, without waiting until you're thirsty, and eat normally.
  • Limit your physical activity
  • Close the shutters and windows during the day and ventilate at night
  • Avoid going out during the hottest part of the day
  • Wet your body several times a day (shower, spray bottle...)
  • Go to a cool or air-conditioned place 2-3 hours a day
