Since 1 September 2025, the criteria for access to donation have been made more flexible: the duration of several contraindications has now been reduced, making it easier to donate while guaranteeing the safety of recipients.
As a reminder, you can give blood if you :
- are aged between 18 and 70,
- are in good health,
- weigh at least 50 kg.
On the day of the donation, all you need to bring is photo ID.
Every donation is a precious act that saves lives.
