Full statement from Hervé Lagrange, Head of Schools Dear Parents, Here is some information to help you prepare for your children’s return to school: The start of term is approaching; it will take place on Tuesday 1 September. The timetables for 2026–27 remain unchanged: set your watches! The gates will open at 8.20 am and 1.50 pm. Orange alert for «Thunderstorms» in the Hérault

Météo-France has placed the Hérault department under an orange alert for the risk of thunderstorms, effective from 5.00 pm on Monday 24 August, and under a yellow alert for the risk of rain and flooding.
