The Agglo supports owner-occupiers who are carrying out work to improve their homes. Homeowners who are eligible for financial assistance for renovation (subject to means testing) and who wish to carry out work to:
• energy efficiency improvements (heating, insulation, ventilation, replacement of doors and windows, etc.)
• adaptations to suit age and/or disability (replacing a bath with a shower, installing a stairlift, etc.)
• a complete refurbishment of the property (energy-saving works + renovation of the electrical and plumbing systems, etc.)
