Suite à l’approbation de la révision générale du Plan Local d’Urbanisme, le Conseil Municipal a approuvé l’instauration de nouveaux périmètres de préemption.
Urban Right of Preemption (Simple and Enhanced)
By Resolution No. 2026/85 of 15 July 2026, the Municipal Council approved the establishment of new areas covered by standard and enhanced urban pre-emption rights.
This resolution was submitted for a legality review and displayed at the Town Hall on 23 July 2026.
